After you have enrolled in one of our Continuing Professional Education programs and want to cancel, we will return the fees you paid to us as follows:
(1) 90% will be refunded up to the end of the early bird discount period (if a early bird discount is offered).
(2) 50% will be refunded up to six weeks before the event.
(3) thereafter, nothing will be refunded.
(4) exceptions may be granted in the event of major medical issue or death of an immediate family member subject to the approval of the Chairperson of Conflict Resolution.
In the event that a continuing education program must be cancelled, registered participants will be nitified using the email address provided at registration. all registration fees will be refunded.
